International Commercial Arbitration
Ashurst's global team of arbitration specialists has extensive experience in developing dispute mitigation strategies as well as conducting arbitral proceedings for our clients. Team members advise on the negotiation and drafting of bespoke arbitration agreements. We act for leading companies in arbitrations across a wide range of industries and disciplines. Our lawyers are experienced in the optimal handling of disputes often involving parties from very different business cultures and geographic regions. Members of our team regularly appear as advocates for clients before tribunals in the major global arbitration venues and senior members of the group also sit as arbitrators.
