As of 14 September 2015, ACICA will contribute non-confidential process data from closed cases to Dispute Resolution Data where it is aggregated globally by case type. This is done in furtherance of advancing institutional standards, as well as enhancing trust and confidence in international arbitrations and mediations. In doing so, ACICA joins other leading institutions worldwide in advancing understanding and knowledge of the processes involved in international arbitration and mediation. No identifying confidential information, nor comments on the substantive merits of a case are ever disclosed to Dispute Resolution Data.
