Nominations Open

With the 30 June deadline for nominations fast approaching, you are encouraged to submit your nominations now!

These national Awards recognise both individual and team excellence in the area of alternative dispute resolution. With 16 Award categories there is an award category for all ADR practitioners and teams. Please consider your own nomination, or nominate an individual or group you know is excelling in the field.

Being a part of these National Awards helps to advance ADR in Australia. Read what one of last year’s winners says about why the Award is important to them:

This Award meant an enormous amount to our organisation.  We are very proud of the steps we have taken in recent years to provide our songwriter and music publisher members, as well as businesses large and small who use music as part of their operations, with an innovative, independent and cost effective dispute resolution service. Given that so many of our stakeholders are sole traders or small businesses, typically without recourse to expert assistance in dispute resolution, the Resolution Pathways facility is an incredibly important part of our service offering.

Winning this award was a timely affirmation that the ADR facility we had worked so hard to implement was considered best practice by experts in the field. The Award has given us additional confidence to promote the facility to our membership and clients as a truly legitimate and cost effective process for resolving disputes.
