ACICA has launched a survey to understand the arbitration community’s views on sustainable practices.
At ACICA, sustainability is at the core of our values. To ensure that our proposals for more sustainable arbitrations are truly sustainable, that is, that they provide practical solutions that users will implement, the ACICA Sustainability Task Force is releasing our draft ACICA Protocol on Sustainability, the ACICA Protocol: Towards more Sustainable Arbitral Proceedings for public consultation. A copy of the draft ACICA Protocol is linked below.
This is your opportunity to help shape sustainable practices amongst the arbitration community. Your input is critical in doing so. We believe that our users can make changes to practice that will have real impact on our working environment. We are conscious that to do this, we need your help to understand what we can achieve together today, and in the future.
You can offer your comments by filling out the survey linked below or emailing the Secretariat at secretariat@acica.org.au. Though reading the draft ACICA Protocol on Sustainability is encouraged, it is not required to complete the survey. We are grateful that you are joining us on this important journey.
