ACICA Rules Committee
The ACICA Rules Committee is a committee tasked with the review of, and provision of proposed updates to, the ACICA Arbitration Rules and ACICA Expedited Arbitration Rules on a regular basis with the objective of ensuring that the ACICA Rules reflect developments in international best practice.
