ACICA Arbitration Case E‑Filing

Please complete the form below and upload the requested documents prior to submission. Details for payment of the registration fee by EFT are set out at the end of the form. In accordance with Article 5.2 of the ACICA Arbitration Rules and ACICA Expedited Arbitration Rules, the arbitration will be deemed to commence on the date that the Notice of Arbitration or registration fee is received by ACICA, whichever is the later.

The current registration fee is: AUD2,062.50 including GST (applying 25% discount applicable from 1 May 2020 to 31 October 2020).
