Australian Network of Centres
The ACICA Arbitration Rules provide parties with the freedom to choose the applicable seat of the arbitration which may be within Australia or outside. Parties may choose to hold conferences or hearings at the seat or at other locations. ACICA works with centres based around Australia that provide high quality dispute resolution facilities and services to parties and regularly liaises with these centres to provide assistance with room bookings and other services required by parties to ACICA cases.
