ACICA established the Australian Arbitration Survey 2026 Committee to support the 2nd edition of the Australian Arbitration Survey. The Committee has played a central role in both the design and delivery of the Survey, drawing on its members’ collective expertise in Australia’s commercial arbitration landscape.
