Case Filings
On and from the date of integration, any arbitration initiated in accordance with a contract that refers to the PCERA Rules will be administered in accordance with the ACICA Arbitration Rules, being the rules adopted by PCERA from that date.
Arbitration may be filed with ACICA via the ACICA E‑Filing system or by direct email to the ACICA Secretariat. Please note the information currently provided by ACICA with regard to case filings during COVID-19.
