ACICA Practice & Procedures Board
ACICA established the Practice & Procedures Board in 2016 to assist with ACICA initiatives aimed at providing thought leadership and guidance on best practice standards to parties involved in arbitration in Australia and the region. The work of the Practice & Procedures Board complements and supports the procedures implemented under the ACICA Arbitration Rules.
The Practice & Procedures Board consists of representatives both from Australia and more widely who are experienced international arbitration practitioners.
The ACICA Practice & Procedures toolkit provides guidance on best practice standards to parties involved in arbitration in Australia and the region. Access the toolkit here.
