Practice & Procedures Board
As a part of, and to complement, the introduction of the new ACICA Arbitration Rules 2016, ACICA has established the Practice & Procedures Board to assist with ACICA initiatives aimed at providing thought leadership and guidance on best practice standards to parties involved in arbitration in Australia and the region.
The Practice & Procedures Board consists of representatives from around Australia and the Asia-Pacific who are experienced international arbitration practitioners.
