ACICA Rules 2011
The ACICA Arbitration Rules 2011, incorporating Emergency Arbitrator Provisions came into force on 1 August 2011. ACICA was one of the first institutions worldwide to introduce Emergency Arbitrator Provisions. In 2011 ACICA also introduced the ACICA Expedited Arbitration Rules.
The 2011 edition has now been superseded by the 2021 edition of the Rules and will not apply unless the parties expressly specify the application of the 2011 edition in the arbitration agreement.
