Associate Membership

ACICA Associate membership is offered to practitioners with an active interest in international dispute resolution. Associate Members receive a reduced rate for ACICA seminars and events, as well as news and other updates in relation to the organisation’s activities.

Prospective Associate Members may complete an application form below. The annual membership fee for Associates is AUD200 (excluding GST). If GST applies, the fee is $220 per annum. A reduced rate is offered to Associate members who are based outside Australia (please apply for Overseas Associate Membership). Payment may be made online by credit card (a 2% charge applies) or offline by EFT or cheque.

As of 14 September 2015, ACICA will contribute non-confidential process data from closed cases to Dispute Resolution Data where it is aggregated globally by case type. This is done in furtherance of advancing institutional standards, as well as enhancing trust and confidence in international arbitrations and mediations. In doing so, ACICA joins other leading institutions worldwide in advancing understanding and knowledge of the processes involved in international arbitration and mediation. No identifying confidential information, nor comments on the substantive merits of a case are ever disclosed to Dispute Resolution Data.
