UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules

The UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules are a set of procedural rules widely used in ad hoc arbitrations.  Parties wishing to benefit from institutional support throughout the course of the arbitral proceedings may designate ACICA as the administering body under the UNCITRAL Rules.

ACICA also acts as an appointing authority under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules.

The UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules can be downloaded from the UNCITRAL website.
