Search the ACICA Panel of Arbitrators

ACICA Fellows constitute its Panel of Arbitrators, which is maintained as a resource for ACICA appointments and party-nominations, as well as more generally as a public resource for arbitrator appointments. We note that parties and ACICA are not limited to the Panel when nominating and appointing arbitrators in ACICA cases although panel membership is a factor considered by ACICA in its appointment process. A list of panellists is set out below.
