In January 2017 ACICA launched its Tribunal Secretaries Panel and Guideline on the Use of Tribunal Secretaries.
We are pleased to announce that a listing of current tribunal secretary panel members is now available on the ACICA website as a resource for tribunals and parties undertaking arbitration in Australia and the region. The listing will be updated on a rolling basis as applications are received.
As of 14 September 2015, ACICA will contribute non-confidential process data from closed cases to Dispute Resolution Data where it is aggregated globally by case type. This is done in furtherance of advancing institutional standards, as well as enhancing trust and confidence in international arbitrations and mediations. In doing so, ACICA joins other leading institutions worldwide in advancing understanding and knowledge of the processes involved in international arbitration and mediation. No identifying confidential information, nor comments on the substantive merits of a case are ever disclosed to Dispute Resolution Data.
