Our team members have played a significant role in law reform initiatives involving international arbitration and private international law, such as the Hong Kong Law Reform Commission’s report on Third Party Funding for Arbitration, The Hague Conference on Private International Law’s proposed Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgements, and the 2012 amendment of Singapore’s International Arbitration Act.
